Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales functions, to ensure complete customer satisfaction as well as to meet service/sales targets and quality operation metrics.
2. Accurately enters service/sales quotes and orders and manages them through completion. Proactively resolves customer order issues for Production, Scheduling, Shipping and Invoicing, to ensure smooth transition aiming regional goals. During the process, develops and maintains customer relationships.
3. Prepares accurate documentation to meet customer, country, and/or financial requirements. May determine the validity of warranty claims with customers and have the ability to schedule repair resources if needed. Must have the ability to recognize and initiate add-on business opportunities.
4. Coordinates with various functions (Sales, Manufacturer, Logistics, Finance, Service etc.) within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner, in compliance with company policy and government regulations. Reports out existing and foreseen risks proactively.
5. Completes in-depth research and analysis of information to resolve complex customer issues and needs while utilizing multiple systems and various resources.
6. Handles customer incoming calls about service/sales orders & basic technical support, or route customers inquiries to right person, achieving customer satisfaction as contact point of Tektronix.
7. Responds willingly to the demands of the moment and adapts easily to the rapidly changing business and cross culture environment. Stay Agile and Flexible to new assignment and new challenge.



Qualifications/Requirements:
1. A recognized College Degree with diploma and education certificate大学学历,有学位证书及学历证明
2. Business knowledge on international and domestic business, working experience on service/sales order management or relevant preferred了解国际进出口及国内贸易知识,有销售维修订单管理或相关从业经验优先
3. Good computer skills, Microsoft Office skills, Oracle experience preferred 良好的电脑操作技能及熟练的office软件使用技能, Oracle 经验优先
4. Detail/customer oriented and good time management and deliver results under pressure客户导向,注重细节,良好的时间管理,可以在压力下保证结果交付。
5. Excellent communication skills, sympathy and empathy 沟通技巧卓越,同情心及同理心
6. Fluent Chinese & English is must 中英文优秀
7.Graduating students are also welcome 应届毕业生亦可
8. Location ChangNing Hongqiao 长宁福泉北路
