Job Brief:

We are looking for a General Ledger Accountant (GL Accountant) to support Tek Japan and Tek BJ.



GL Accountant is responsible for accounting support to Tek JPN and Tek BJ. This covers while not limited to accounting routine operation, USGAAP/Statutory reporting. To be successful in this role, you should have the good professional accounting knowledge as well as Japanese.





Responsibilities:



§ Perform the routing activities with GL process by applying US GAAP and Corp Accounting policy

§ Conduct monthly closing processes efficiently with high quality

§ Inter-company transactions and reconciliations

§ Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies

§ Balance sheet accounts reconciliations

§ Well support Internal audit and External audit

§ Continuous improvement to standardize and improve the efficiency of SSC GL in operating entity

§ Identify & implement Risk avoidance or mitigation methods, and process improvement ways

§ Follow the effective accounting process and implement the changes consistent with best practice

§ Perform other related duties as assigned by management





Qualifications:



§ Bachelor or above, major in Accounting, Finance & Economy

§ 3 years GL relevant experience role

§ English (CET-6 or above) and Japanese. Fluent Japanese is preferred

§ Strong knowledge with accounting software (e.g. Oracle, SAP) & MS office software

§ Excellent communication skill

§ Strong sense of responsibility

§ Team player and have ability to work independently

§ Work experience in a manufacturing or SSC is preferred

§ Professional certification is preferred
