Responsibilities：
1. Input invoice in the system accurately
2. Prepare and process payments accurately
3. Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
4. Reconcile accounts payable account
5. Conduct monthly AP model closing processes efficiently with high quality
6. Support Internal audit and External audit
7. Continuous improvement to standardize and improve the efficiency
8. Follow the effective accounting process and implement the changes consistent with best practice
9. Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above, major in Accounting, Finance & Economy
2. 1-2 years AP relevant experience role
3. English (CET-6 or above) and Japanese. Fluent Japanese is preferred
4. Experience with accounting software (e.g. Oracle, SAP)
5. Strong computer skills, MS excel in particular
6. Excellent communication and presentation skill
7. Strong sense of responsibility
8. Team player and have ability to work independently
9. Work experience in a manufacturing or SSC is preferred
10. Professional certification is preferred
